To be accepted by BC government, the name must have at least two elements in it, i.e. distinctive element and descriptive element. The distinctive element must be unique or made up words and can't be common English word. The descriptive element can be common words. Please note, the primary cause of name rejection is missing the distinctive element. A successful example is "Bill’s Burgers". The name 'Bill' is the distinctive/unique element; 'Burgers' is the descriptive element. Whether rejected or approved the BC government does not issue refunds so one of our Conductors will review your 3 name choices and advise if all 3 are likely to be rejected.
